Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition.

  • Item must be in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
